Lever/Pad
Lever pad handles are made up of a lever on one side and a paddle-shaped handle on the other. These are designed to be used with key wind locks, however they can also be adapted to split spindle multipoint door locks (though you'll require a separate dual spindle lock case).

Lever/Lever
